CEO & Editorial Director
As the founder of Inscribe Content, Jill's vision for the company is to create the only marketing agency specifically focused on high-quality travel content.
Before starting Inscribe Content, Jill was Editor of Which? Travel magazine, where she was twice a finalist for the prestigious BSME Editor of the Year Awards. Prior to that, she was Commissioning Editor at The Sunday Times Travel Magazine, where she was shortlisted for a PPA award.
She was also launch editor of BAHighLife.com - the website for British Airways magazine - and EcoLuxHotels.com. And Jill worked at two of the world's largest architectural firms as a marketing specialist and strategist, with a particular expertise in aviation and transport.
When not dabbling in words, Jill provides social media consultancy services, particularly for Twitter, and is occasionally called upon as an expert speaker on travel issues for news outlets, from the BBC to CNN. She has also presented vlogs and is currently working on a new travel podcast.
Head of Content
After a stint as Deputy Travel Editor at The Sunday Times, Sean Newsom went on to found the skier's bible Welove2ski.com in 2007. It was an instant hit. "A glowing cabin in the wilderness of the internet," was how one reader put it, and in 2013 it was named Britain's best ski website by The Independent.
It continues to grow; and is a prime example of how high-quality content will attract and keep an audience, wherever it's published. Average read times for its most popular features are routinely higher than 20 minutes.
In the meantime, Sean continues to write about travel for the national press. In the 20 years he's written for The Sunday Times, he's tried everything from guiding safaris to ski-jumping with Eddie the Eagle.
